The Common European Framework is

a tool developed by the Council of Europe, for setting clear, attainable standards at different levels of language learning |
 |
 |
 |
a tool that allows for standards to be easily comparable at an international level |

a global levels system with clear guidelines about what a learner can do for each level |

a set of descriptions of what people can do at different levels |
Consolidate your English skills and achieve an international qualification from the University of Cambridge.
At certain levels, you may be recommended for Exam Preparation courses where you will have the opportunity to obtain an internationally recognised qualification. It is not compulsory for you to take the exam, but we recommend these courses to all students who wish to consolidate their level to internationally recognised standards.
We provide courses to prepare for FCE (CEF Level B2) and for CAE (CEF Level C1). We plan the courses to take place over four terms, starting in Autumn Term and taking you to the exam in June.
These courses focus on all four skills, plus grammar and vocabulary. Due to a lot of exam practice, you will get plenty of feedback on where you are with your English!
