Testing and registration are available following the days and times detailed above. Please ensure you book a test appointment well in advance, by either calling us in the British Council office, sending an email or speaking to one of our Customer Service Assistants in our premises.

Placement test results are valid for 6 months.

Business English 385 TND (40 Hours)
Young Learners Courses (7-18 years old) 385 TND (40 Hours)
BAC Preparation ( August) 385 TND (40 Hours)

Discounts:

  • 10TD discount for registering a second member of your family in the same session

(Please note that this discount is only valid for the second family member)

For companies

  • 1 to 5 participants (payment at registration)
  • More than 5 participants, an invoice will be sent to the company to settle payment.

Documents needed: 5 dinars placement test fees (non refundable) + course fees/ purchase order.

Refund Policy

1.Refunds are only given in exceptional circumstances:

  • A course is cancelled by the British Council and the British Council is unable to accommodate registered customers in another class.
  • The customer has medical documentation to verify their inability to complete the course.

2.Credits can only be issued if:

  • A customer can provide evidence of a reasonable cause for cancellation after the course has started, but before the start of the 4th lesson for adults and before the start of the 2nd lesson for YLs.
  • The customer has been placed in the wrong level, or the class teacher recommends a learner be transferred to another level but there is no space available for them in their appropriate class.

3.Credits are valid:

  • For use in another session within a six-month period.  After this period the credit expires.
  • The credit can be transferred to customers, friends or co-workers (dependant on a placement test being taken by the person actually studying) within the 6 month period.

NB. Full course fees must be paid at the time of registration otherwise we reserve the right to offer the place to another student.

Force majeure:

In the event that a force majeure necessitates us closing the centre or cancelling classes, we will make every effort to make up classes.  If it is not possible to do this, we will give students a credit for cancelled lessons.  Please note that if a force majeure occurs we will communicate with you by SMS and put the latest information on our website and our Face book site.  Please make sure that we have your correct mobile number and that you have our Face book and website pages bookmarked.
