STEP I: From the below table, you can see the 2012 exam dates and registration windows.

IMPORTANT NOTES for STEP I:

			We CAN NOT accept application after the deadline.
			If you need to change the exam date 4 WEEKS PRIOR to the exam date, you need to pay a fee of 30 GBP to change the date.
			No refund is made for cancellations made within last 4 weeks prior to the test date.
			PLEASE always keep in mind that the oral session of the exams may take place on another date.
			The British Council will not accept the students whose names are not on the registration lists.

STEP II:  Please bear in mind that 2012 Exam fees are in GBP

FCE exam fee per candidate is 78 GBP
CAE exam fee per candidate is 89 GBP
CPE exam fee per candidate is 98 GBP

			Please make sure that you check the INSTRUCTIONS for the BLOCK ENTRY FORM  before filling in the form
			Please make sure that you check the bank receipts whilst entering the candidate DATA.

This year we continue to offer 15% discount for schools who decide to enter (bundle) all of their students at a certain grade to the CESOL Examinations. For example, if all 12th graders sit FCE exam at the same session, we offer 15% discount of the regular FCE Exam fee. This condition requires a signed letter from the school administration stating that all of their students at a certain level take CESOL examinations with the British Council.

STEP VI : After you make the payment and send the block entry form via e-mail, please send the bank slips either by post or in person. Please contact British Council to confirm that your registration has been completed

British Council Examination Services will send the PERSONALISED STATEMENT OF ENTRIES and the Exam Day Schedule”approximetely 1 week prior to the exam date.
