The objective of the British Council’s Science work in Thailand is to foster networks and create mutually beneficial partnerships between the UK and Thailand in the fields of science and technology, and through these partnerships to further the public understanding of science, particularly amongst young people.

We aim to work in collaboration with key partner organisations in Thailand to support the development of skills, policy and infrastructure in significant areas of science and technology through constructive dialogue

Education for Sustainable Development
Education for Sustainable Development Education for sustainable development, or ESD, is about helping us develop the skills, understanding and motivation to bring about transformative change from our currently unsustainable world towards one that is sustainable.
Café Scientifique
cafe' scientifique Café Scientifique initiates conversations and discussions about the connections between science, technology and society. It is a concept that has been adapted by the British Council to engage a wider audience with science and the impact it has on our lives.
ZeroCarbonCity
Welcome to the ZeroCarbonCity site, part of a two-year global campaign around climate change, and the environmental impact of city living and urban industry. Here you'll find information on the campaign, which will be touring 70 countries with an exhibition and a series of interactive events (for all ages and interests), as well as links to teaching resources, articles, and debate.
International Networking for Young Scientists
International Networking for Young Scientists (INYS) is a programme for bringing together young researchers from the UK and other countries to make new contacts and promote the creative exchange ideas through short conferences.
UK Research and Collaboration Contacts
We are keen to build links with scientists around the world and by providing resources to help establish and strenghthen these partnerships we hope our contribution to scientific research will continue to develop.
