Registration - Visiting the British Council Chiangmai Centre
To register for IELTS you will need the following

IELTS Application form
IELTS Registration Guide 2012
A Passport or National Identification Card with its photocopy (valid until test date)
2 recent passport photographs (US Visa size/2x2 inches) which have been taken within the last 6 months Candidates must not wear glassess in the photographs

IELTS Fees

The IELTS fee is 6,300 Baht. (Start from the April 2011 test session onward)
The fee must be paid in advance of the test date and are not normally refundable or transferable once your registration is completed. If you are unable to take the test due to personal health problems, the registration may be changed to a subsequent test date, or a partial refund may be given provided a medical note, issued by any public hospital, is submitted 2 weeks prior to the test date.
Registrations are accepted up to 3 days before the session date, or until the session is full.
