| 1. All students are required to sit a placement test so that they can be placed at the appropriate level for their English competency. Â Placement test fee is 600 baht and non-refundable for any case. |
| 2. Students must register for the course before the course starts. |
| 3. The British Council reserves the right to cancel a whole course if there are students less than 10 per course, and student will be entitled to a full refund of the fee paid by cheque. |
| 4. If the British Council does not cancel a whole course, the British council does not issue a refund. |
| 5. If the British Council is forced to cancel a class or part of a class because of a public holiday or for reasons beyond its control ( e.g. due to factors such as power failure or flooding) it will take action to ensure, whenever possible, that the complete course syllabus is covered. This will be achieved either by rearranging the cancelled class at another time, adding time on to remaining classes, and/or giving extra assignments to cover specific items missed. |
| 6. The British Council will present the student with a certificate at the end of each completed level. |
| 7. Students must attend at least 60 percent of the course. If not, the teacher will decide if the student has attained the necessary level |
