We aim to:

enable you to communicate effectively and confidently in English, whatever your level by:
- helping you express what you want to say in English
- providing opportunities for genuine exchange of ideas in English through working in pairs and groups
- relating classroom tasks and activities to real-life contexts
- making learning an enjoyable, rewarding and stimulating activity

give individual guidance and advice on your learning by:
- providing counselling sessions where we talk to you about your progress and encourage you to talk about your concerns, suggestions and ideas
- identifying your strengths and weaknesses by continuously assessing your ability in the four skills
- providing regular feedback on your progress and guidance on areas for improvement

support your language development by:
- following specially designed syllabuses which combine communicative learning outcomes with related grammar and vocabulary.
- relating what you learn in the classroom to real language use

help you learn better by:
- showing you how you can learn more effectively
- encouraging you to use the Learning Lounge and British Council online resources for guided learning activities
- using learning technologies in our lessons

meet your needs and interests by:
- providing a range of stimulating course materials
