- providing Parents’ Consultations where we talk to you and your parents about your progress and encourage you to talk about your concerns, suggestions and ideas
- identifying your strengths and weaknesses by continuously assessing your ability in the four skills
- providing regular feedback on your progress and guidance on areas for improvement

• support your language development by:
- following specially designed syllabuses which combine communicative learning outcomes with related grammar and vocabulary.
- relating what we do in the classroom to real language use

• help you learn better by:
- showing you how you can learn more effectively
- encouraging you to use the Learning Lounge and British Council online resources for guided learning activities
- using learning technologies in our lessons

• meet your needs and interests by:
- providing a range of stimulating course materials
- adapting classroom tasks, projects and activities to your preferences
- providing activities that stimulate interest in the UK and other cultures
- encouraging you to give feedback about your lessons.
