Our teaching network
All our teaching centres are connected in a global network

Because our organisation is so large and spreads across the world, we can offer teachers good opportunities to build a career within our own network. This is the real value of what we call ‘network’ teachers contracts.

All the contracts issued from London (this accounts for about half our full-time teachers) are reliable and secure and carry equal status across the globe.

Network contracts usually run for two years, after which you may be able to renew your contract for a further year or apply for a job in a different country. Teacher’s salaries are determined by each centre. They take into account both local living conditions and costs and are competitive with other local ELT employers.

Network teachers receive airfares, baggage allowance, medical insurance and paid annual leave. We will make matching contributions to a pension scheme for teachers who meet qualifying criteria.
