Our recruitment policy
We strive to be rigorous and fair in our recruitment policy, and we have procedures to help us achieve this. We require all candidates to address specific areas of the job in the same way in their application and in the interview. We look for evidence of behavioural competencies and skills from previous positions, and the offers we make are conditional upon satisfactory references, a medical examination and production of orginal certificates for the relevant qualifications.
Equal opportunities
