In all our teaching centres, we aim to provide the best English language teaching available. This is no small challenge, and to achieve it we must have the best teachers.

For this reason we look for:

			a certificate level TEFL qualification (CELTA, Cert. TESOL or equivalent)
			education to degree level or equivalent qualification
			at least two years' post EFL qualification fulltime relevant TEFL experience
			knowledge of contemporary UK
			native English speaker or equivalent ability
			evidence of specific behavioural competencies
