InterAction is a Pan-African transformational leadership programme aimed at building the capacity of dynamic individuals to influence and effect change. The programme seeks to build and maintain an influential network of opinion formers and future leaders in recognition of the distinctive public diplomacy role that we can play in Africa.
In 2007 the programme involved 400 people in over 21 countries (19 African Countries plus Pakistan and the United Kingdom). 15 individuals from Tanzania participated in InterAction 2007.
InterAction targets those who form the rising generation of leaders and decision-makers. Individuals who are innovative, dynamic, who have a proven commitment to developing their community/organisation and themselves, and who are interested in international affairs.
Recruitment for the InterAction 2008 programme (which runs from Sep 2008 to March 2009) will begin in July 2008. Look out for advertisements in the local press.
