What is the fast track series
These are self-access continuous professional development modules for people intending to pursue professions in Management. These modules include:

Leading your team
Starting and running your own business
Business Plans that produce results
Effective influencing and negotiaton
Coaching and Mentoring
Performance Management
Getting the job you want

Each module has forty 'thirty minutes workouts' with three stages:

Acquisition: The workout guides you in reading four or five pages of a certian book
Demonstration: The workout guides you in recalling and noting what you have learnt
Application: The workout guides you in applying your new knowledge to yourself or your work context

Who can take part
These modules are suitable for:

Recent  graduates
Early career managers
People designated for new management roles
Managers seeking to refresh their knowledge and skills

The study mode
The forty workouts, in manageable, thirty minute 'chunks' can be studied in a way that fits your lifestyle-in the office, on your way home or at the weekend - over a period of two to three months.

An online community of people following the same series provides a forum for mutual support and sharing of ideas. While a guided discussion led by a local practitioner with expertise in the area  brings everyone together towards the end of the period. There is also an assessment from the computer generated test and at the end certification for successful candidates. Find out more.

Fee
The cost for Fast Track is Tsh 100,000 per module which includes all materials, guided discussion session, test and certification.
