What are our Professional English Courses?

What is Management Forum?
Management Forum is a monthly networking seminar aimed at business and management professionals. Its principal aim is to broaden the professional horizons of participants by facilitating the sharing of experience, knowledge and ideas. Each quarter the forum tackles a subject of contemporary interest to the business community. This year’s broad themes include; Entrepreneurship, Tanzanian Success Stories, Business Strategy, Education and Business, and Working in Development.

When and where does Management Forum take place?
The last Friday of every month at 5.30pm at the British Council HQ (Corner of Ohio and Samora Avenue)

How much does it cost?
Single Event Entry – TSh 10,000
Annual Membership (12 Events) – TSh 50,000
Corporate Membership – TSh 40,000 per member (minimum 5 members)

What is Fast Track?
Fast Track is a complete programme of modular self-study specifically designed for busy people who are looking to study business and management skills in a highly flexible way. Fast Track will equip you with many of the skills you will need to compete as East Africa enters today’s rapidly globalising world. A motivated student can complete the course in as little as 20 hours of self study over 4-6 weeks.

What Fast Track module can I study?
This innovative course includes modules in:

Leading Your Team, Starting Your Own Business, Business Plans That Produce Results, Effective, Influencing & Negotiating, Coaching & Mentoring, Performance Management, Getting the Job You Want

How much does Fast Track cost?
TSh 110,000 per module, this includes the Fast Track workbook and all the reading materials you need to begin.
