Director Education Promotion will provide draft meeting agendas to the Chair for approval in advance of all meetings.
The agendas and papers for Panel meetings will be prepared by Director Education Promotion British Council Taipei to reach Panel members at least one week before each meeting.

The minutes will be taken by a British Council staff member appointed by Director Education Promotion.
Director Education Promotion will provide drafts of minutes to the Chair for approval before they are circulated to all Panel members and subscribing institutions.
