Currently the Taiwan Membership Scheme follows categories introduced by Education UK Partnership.  Members of the Taiwan Membership Scheme are under four sectors: Higher Education (HE), Further Education (FE), Secondary Education (School), English as a Foreign Language (EFL) and Distance Learning Institution (DL).
