Important Notice
The application procedure is due to change on 1 October 2008, applications after which for IELTS will no longer be accepted at Kaohsiung Information Centre. IELTS services remain unchanged at Taipei Information Centre. For those applicants who would like to apply for IELTS test, extra test report, or re-mark their results, please apply with the Taipei Information Centre. For candidates who send us applications by post, please contact us after three working days to complete your registration process. Now, IELTS has also become easier to take, you can register your IELTS test with an authorised registration agent near you.
You can apply for IELTS in person at our Information Centre, or IELTS Registration Agent Offices, or send in your application by post.
APPLYING AT OUR INFORMATION CENTRE OR IELTS REGISTRATION AGENT OFFICES
Before you come:
- Download IELTS application form (

Download IELTS application form (completed sample 1.22 MB)
- Fill it in with your details and sign it
- Bring it with you when you visit us
You also need to bring with you:
- Two passport-sized photographs. Photographs must meet requirements.
- Original and photocopy of your Valid passport
The test fee is NT$5100. The application fee is only accepted in cash if you submit your form in person at our information centre and Registration Agent Offices.

APPLYING BY POST
If you want to send us your application by post:
1.Get your Unique Customer Number. This number is necessary when you register for IELTS by post. You must ask the bank clerk to indicate this number when you transfer the test fee to us. Failure to provide the Customer Unique Number or use an ATM or online transfer will lead to incomplete IELTS registration. Please note that getting this number does not mean you have completed the registration. You will still need to follow the registration procedures.

3.Fill it in with your details and sign it (Please indicate either Taipei or Kaohsiung is your preferred test centre)
