Kids English courses (7-12 years old)

These courses are for children aged 7-8 years and are designed to help your child develop their confidence and accuracy in using English.

Course Structure

There are four levels of English for Young Learners – Kids, from Beginner to Intermediate.  Each level is 80 hours, divided into five terms of 16 hours. All students take a placement test to ensure they go into the right level.

Course Aims

As a result of the interactive and supportive learning environment in the class, your child will:

  • be taught using a communicative methodology which makes learning effective as well as fun.
  • engage in motivating topics, activities and projects, which are specially selected to develop communication skills and confidence in using English.
  • read a new story book each term which will help them to explore their creativity, language and literacy skills and encourage enjoyment in reading books.

Teens English courses (13-16 years old)

These courses are for teenagers aged 13-16 years and are designed to help your child to formulate and express views in speech and writing to develop their communication, collaboration and critical thinking skills.

Course Structure

There are five levels of English for Young Learners – Teens, from Pre-intermediate to Advanced.  Each level is 120 hours, divided into five terms of 24 hours. All students take a placement test to ensure they go into the right level.

Course Aims

As a result of the interactive and supportive learning environment in your class, your child will:

  • develop confidence in all four skills of speaking, writing, listening and reading.
  • learn how to respond critically to various texts, such as stories, poems, songs and short video excerpts.
  • read a new story book each term which will help them to explore their creativity, language and literacy skills and encourage enjoyment in reading books.
  • be taught using a communicative methodology which makes learning effective as well as fun.
