CLI is a programme of activities which facilitate leadership networking and exchange in the broader cultural and creative industries. Through direct engagement with a diverse range of individuals and organisations in the international cultural sector, the programme will enhance intercultural understanding and support economic growth, cultural development and social change. UK and other regions of the world, and also facilitate inter-regional activity.
The programme will focus on networking and exchange through a programme of opportunities for next generation cultural leaders. By developing leadership competencies and networks, the programme will enable further international and intercultural engagement between individuals and organisations in the UK and other regions of the world.
CLI will do this through a tailored programme of activities which involves; seminars and discussion forums, leadership workshops, mentoring and placements schemes.
