Everyone is welcome! Entrance is free and the science cafés will provide an informal setting where experts, members of the public, scientists, politicians and stakeholders can exchange views.

Mark Lynas,  the well known environmental campaigner, broadcast commentator and journalist (for the Guardian, Observer and New Statesman amongst others) will provide an introduction. Mark’s new book High Tide, News from a Warming World has also been translated into German.

Some of the scientists taking part in the workshop will also be present at the science cafés and will be happy to answer your questions about climate change.

The science cafés will be moderated by Daniel Glaser from University College London, an experienced moderator who has worked with the British Council on various occasions before.
