teacher development courses and advice
Building on our long experience in the field of teacher education, we provide advice and run courses for organisations employing teachers working in basic and tertiary levels of education, both formal or informal, and at all stages of experience (pre-service, refresher courses, educational managers).  We are happy to work with organisations and ministries throughout the whole of Sudan.  If you would like to discuss partnership opportunities or any further information, please contact us.

the english forum
The English Forum is a discussion group for English teachers working in higher education.  University teachers working in English language, literature, education and linguistics meet on the first Tuesday of each month to discuss and exchange ideas, opinions and experiences with fellow professionals from other universities.  Meetings last from 5pm – 8pm and are held at the British Council offices.  If you are a university teacher and would like to come along, why not come and join the next meeting?  Alternatively, find out more about the aims of the Forum and our past meetings, or e:mail us to find out more.
