The British Council Sri Lanka and mobile content specialist, z-Messenger, initiated a partnership last year to provide an SMS-based service that helps to improve customers’ English Language skills. The service titled ‘English with the British Council’ is now available for Dialog mobile phone subscribers.
‘English with the British Council’ is a simplified and interactive medium through which users can test and practise their English language skills through their mobile phone via SMS. The service allows users to practise their grammar and vocabulary and provides essential language learning tips for all levels of learners.
