We have been celebrating Customer Service Week for the last three years as part of its ongoing commitment to delivering excellent service to our customers. This year, we will be celebrating Customer Service Week during the week of 26-31 October 2009 at most centres in India and Sri Lanka.

During the week we will be turning the spotlight on the service we deliver and taking the opportunity to thank customers for their continuing patronage. As part of the celebrations we will be running a variety of competitions and activities which will give customers the chance to win a exciting prizes.

We have a different dressing theme each day. We will wear what we do.

			Monday in Black and White
			Going green on Tuesday, wearing eco friendly outfits
			See us in a traditional dress on Wednesday
			Sporting a headwear or in purple on Thursday
			Smart casual on Friday
			Branded outfits on Saturday
