We maintain a database of students interested in following our Young Learners courses. We have a heavy demand for our Young Learner classes, so please leave your child's information with us so that we can contact you as soon as a place is available. Please complete and send us a Contact Sheet and we will call pr send you a letter inviting your child to register for his/her placement test.

The placement test. Your child will do a written test of about 30 minutes followed by an interview by a British Council teacher to check their spoken English. This helps us to place your child in a suitable course.

To register for the course. After the placement test we recommend that you register for the course immediately as places are limited. To reserve a place on the course, you must pay the full amount. However, if you want to wait, the placement test results will remain valid for the next three terms (seven-and-a-half months) and you may register at a later date.

To register your child for a course you will need:

the course fee
the placement test fee receipt/certificate

On payment of course fees you will receive a receipt, a class schedule and information about which course book your child will use. You can buy the course book from the CG Associates Bookshop at the British Council Colombo or the CG Associates agent at the British Council Kandy.
