Our Methodology
Whatever the type of training, at the Professional Training Centre we follow a set of key training principles:

RELEVANCE
Participants become motivated and develop a positive attitude to learning when the training relates to a purpose appropriate to the participants’ needs and interests.
_______________________________________________

GROUP WORK
Collaboration through group work has positive effects on learning, generating more discussion and allowing for purposeful learning. Group work also provides participants with valuable feedback from their colleagues.
_______________________________________________

LEARNER TRAINING
Participants need to become autonomous. Given the appropriate level of support, each person can manage his/her own learning and set their own goals.
_______________________________________________

ACTIVITIES and MATERIALS
Through the use of carefully selected tools and materials, and well-designed role-plays, participants can develop skills that transfer directly to the workplace.

INTERACTIVE LEARNING

Interactive team activities help participants to consider new ideas and allow them to apply their developing insights in a controlled but realistic way.

Training should be fun and enjoyable because this promotes team-building, and ensures that new ideas from the course are more easily recalled back at work.
