We ensure exams are delivered so that they are fair for all candidates. This is why over 70 UK examination boards and educational institutions have chosen us to deliver their exams around the world.
We have always been pioneers in introducing innovative services: we were the first to provide online results, headphones for the listening test and SMS communications, to name a few.
Through the British Council library we provide dedicated IELTS study space and materials 6 days a week, alongside numerous face-to-face support options from half-day workshops to 50-hour courses. In addition we offer several online resources, plus the option of practice test books and CD-ROMs which can be purchased from our offices.

Anyone attempting to submit fake IETLS certificates or results will be caught by online verification systems. Offenders will face severe penalties such as a ten year ban for visas to certain countries.
