A candidate may transfer test dates if they notify us more than 5 weeks prior to the selected test date. A charge of Rs 2,000 will be made. The candidate must select a test date within the next 3-month period.
Candidates who wish to transfer test dates within the 5 week period prior to the test date will be treated as a cancellation and receive no refund.
Exemptions from the above rule:

In the above cases an administrative fee of Rs 3,000 administrative fee will be levied.
Candidates who wish to cancel their registration more than 5 weeks prior to the test date will receive a refund less an admin fee of Rs 2,000.
Candidates who wish to cancel their registration within the 5 week period prior to the test date will receive no refund.

Note:
Candidate must lodge an application for refund / transfer no later than 5 working days after the test date. Candidate must attach a request for refund / transfer form and appropriate documents, e.g. medical certificate, death certificate.
