The British Council’s Barcelona Amigó language centre offers a wide range of classes for young learners aged from 10 to 17. There are courses for all levels, designed so that students can progress from beginner right up to Cambridge Proficiency level. At some levels you can preparefor a Cambridge English Exam, such as First, Advanced and Proficiency.
Our courses are structured by age and ability, allowing students to progress from beginner to advanced with young learners of roughly the same age.

Our academic year courses run from October to June and consist of 90 teaching hours in total.

Summer Courses
For Young Learners (14-17 yrs) we have 90 hour intensive courses in July.
Students can cover a full academic year in one month by doing a 90 hour course.

Individual support
We use continuous evaluation - students receive a progress report each semester. And we make sure that parents are fully involved in learning outside the classroom and at our parent-teacher meetings.

Our classes will help you prepare for a wide variety of exams including

Making learning fun
