APABAL: Lecture Series III “Education Matters”

The series aims to foster the development of a space for knowledge and reflection in the field of education. Sessions in this series include:

• “Ireland’s Contribution to the English Language”, “Freedom in the Classroom”,
• “Robert Graves, a Love Affair”,
• How to use Intensive Reading and Jo Gore from the British Council will be sharing “how to get your teenagers to speak English”. Jo will also introduce the British Council’s free websites for learners and teachers of English and look at the apps and other tools we have for teachers and students.

• The lectures are free for members and cost 20€ for non members.
• Apabal has applied for training credits to the Education Dept.
• Registration closes on 13.02.13
