HOW TO REGISTER FOR OUR COURSES

The steps you should take to enrol if you are a new student, or if you have not studied with us for over a year, are as follows:

Enrolment dates

Check what the enrolment dates are.

Appointment for the level test

Call us or visit us on those dates and make an appointment for a level test. (adults who are complete beginners, all 6 or 7-year old children, and 8-year-old children who are complete beginners don't need to do the test, and they can register directly.)

Level test

We can only put you in the course which will meet your specific individual needs if we know your current level of English, which means that you should take a written test and have an interview with one of our teachers to determine your level. The test takes about 45 minutes and takes place in our centre in avenida Catalunya, 9, both for adult students and for Young learners.

Available timetables

Straight after your test, we will tell you your level and which timetables are available for you to choose from. You can check the timetables here.

Payment

(You can check the prices here).

  • Young Learners courses:
by card or with cheque the first time you register.
by Direct Debit from then on.

  • Adults courses: by card or with cheque.

We cannot guarantee you a place until you have paid.

Cancellations

  • Cancellation of an enrolment is only possible up to five working days (two days in the case of the summer courses) after the first class that corresponds to each student. The course fee will be reimbursed less the registration fee and the proportional amount for classes given.

  • We reserve the right to change a class teacher, or cancel a class if the number of students enrolled doesn't reach the required minimum of six. In the latter case you will be given a complete refund.
