The course programmes are structured taking into account the age and level of the students. There are five different age groups divided into the following levels:

2009 Summer Courses dates and timetables will be posted here.
- New students will need to take a level test to determine their level.
- Groups contain 8 to 14 students. In exceptional circumstances this could rise to a maximum of 15 students per class.
- For young learners, an 80-hour summer course is equivalent to the regular winter course.

- 5% discount if in the same period, three or more members of the same family attend classes.
- We cannot make any refunds once the student has started a course.
- In special circumstances such as illness (with medical certificate) we can issue vouchers, if agreed by the director, to use in future British Council courses in Bilbao. These vouchers are valid for 12 months.
