Registration - 2009/10 courses

Current students (from academic year 2008-9 course or summer course 2009) please see Registration Procedure sent by post to all students.

New students
Children aged 5, 6 or 7 need not do a level test and can be given a registration date by phone or email.
All new students aged 8-17 do a level test and receive individual written and oral assessment to ensure they are placed in the most suitable class. Both age and level are taken into account when assigning the class.

			Please phone 93 253 1900 to book a level test.
			The level test (written and oral) takes about 40 minutes. We correct the test and tell you the level. You can then consult the available timetables (but not the class places available).
			We give you a date for registration which will be after 1st July. You can register on or after this date if there is a suitable timetable. We cannot reserve places. Registration for a place in a class is confirmed on payment.

Payment and prices

What do I need to bring?

			Bank account or credit card details. For payment in instalments, please make first payment by cheque or credit card and complete Payment Authorisation form with details of bank account or credit card for remaining instalment(s). (N.B. Payment Authorisation forms are valid for one year only. A new form needs to be completed each year.)
			Our data protection form must be signed by a parent or guardian when registering.
			Proof of date of birth of student.

New students pay a one-off 70€ registration fee, except brothers and sisters of 2008/9 course students.

Payment options:

			A. If registering before 11 July you can choose to pay in two instalments: the first by cheque or card (100€ deposit + 70€ registration fee) and the final payment by direct debit or card. (Payment dates: 01.09.2009 and 02.01.2010.)
			B. If registering from 13 July: Pay total course fee or 50% of course fee plus registration fee in reception, by card, cheque or cash. Balance payable on 02.01.2010 by direct debit or credit card.
