English courses 2009-2010
Barcelona Young Learners - Bonanova

During the academic year we offer English courses for young learners from the age of five. Courses are available from Monday to Saturday. View provisional 2009/10 timetable

The courses are structured according to the age and level of the students. We have three departments: Primary from 5-9 years; Juniors from 10-13 years and Seniors from 14-17 years. You can study for Cambridge Exams such as First Certificate on our Senior courses.

COURSE INFORMATION
Most courses are three hours a week. You can choose from twice weekly courses or intensive courses which you attend only once a week. The maximum number of students per class is fifteen, except Lower Primary and intensive exam preparation courses where it is twelve.

TERM DATES 2009-10
Term 1 3rd October - 21st December
Holidays & non-teaching days 12th October, 8th December
Term 2 9th January - 4th April
Holidays & non-teaching days 16th - 20th February. No classes due to parents evenings, except Wednesday and Friday intensives, 14.50-17.20. These students have class.
29th March - 6th April, Easter holiday.
Term 3 7th April – 15th June
Holidays & non-teaching days 1st May, 24th May.
16th - 19th June. Parents evenings.

Dates are provisional and may change subject to local government holidays.
