General Conditions

A teaching 'hour' is 50 minutes.
The British Council reserves the right not to open a class which does not have the minimum number of students enrolled.
The maximum number of students per class is 12 for students aged 5-7 and 15 for students from age 8.
In exceptional circumstances the number of students may vary slightly.
Course fees are not refundable once the course has started.
The British Council reserves the right of admission.
New students pay a 70€ registration fee which includes access to the library for the duration of the course. New students are those who haven't done a British Council course before.
If you cancel your place on a course you will be refunded the cost of the course minus a 70€ administration fee, as long as the cancelation is made the day before the start of the corresponding term or course, at the latest.
5% discount will be applied to the cost of the second course for those students who do two summer courses. (July - September).
5% discount will be applied to the course fees of each member of the same family enrolled simultaneously at the same centre.

Payment Conditions

Summer Course 2009: total cost payable on registering by cheque made out to British Council or credit / debit card.
Telephone payments by credit card can be made for current students.

Academic year 2009/10 payment options:

  1. Pay full course fee when registering.
  2. Pay a 100€ deposit. Balance payable September 2009 and January 2010 by direct debit. Option available until 10th July 2009.
  3. From 13th July 2009, pay full course fee or 50% with balance paid by direct debit or credit / debit card.
