General Conditions

The British Council reserves the right not to open a class which does not have the minimum number of students enrolled.
If we cancel a course for which you have registered we will give you a full refund or offer you alternative courses in which places are available.
The maximum number of students per class in classes for adults is 14 and 15 for young learners.
In exceptional circumstances the number of students may vary slightly.
Course fees are not refundable once the course has started.
The British Council reserves the right of admission.
We cannot guarantee the same class teacher from term to term.

Payment Conditions

Payment can be made by cheque made out to the British Council, credit card or in cash (exact amount). Payment by phone may be made with credit card number.
Payment can be made termly or annually. (5% discount on annual payment for adult courses only)
Monthly payments can be made with Visa Classic or Gold cards from La Caixa. Please consult La Caixa.
Places for the first term 2009/10 can be reserved up to 31st July 2009 on payment of 120€. Those registering after this date must pay full course fee.
New students pay a 70€ registration fee. New students are those who haven't done a British Council course before.
All requests for a refund must be made in writing and received one day prior to the first day of the course. The full course fee will be refunded less an administration charge of 70€.  Once the course has started, no refunds can be given.
5% discount will be applied to the cost of the second course for those students who do two summer courses.(July - September).
5% discount will be applied to the course fees of each member of the same family enrolled simultaneously at either of our two Barcelona centres.
A free place will be given to companies for every 10 students registered.
Students paid for by their employer may request a bill in the employer's name before paying.
