United through sport
Participants were split into mixed groups of language, nationality and ability, and started the week by creating their own imaginary country – a country which reflected, in some way, each person’s individual interests and aspirations.
There was also a logo and design competition, with the winning design then being used throughout the games and featured on the certificates that were presented at the end of the week.

All in all, this was the perfect way to have fun, play sport, and grow in confidence through the experience of sharing a wonderful week of living alongside and making friends with a like-minded group of young people from all over Europe in a new environment.
