Training Events   

Youth in Action offers grants to youth organisation to run networking and training events. You can use the money to develop the skills of your staff, or network with other organisations in the same field and develop future projects. You have complete control over the content and delivery of the event; so fill out an application form and apply today. 

As a youth worker you will have the opportunity to:

  • Share and exchange best practice in the sector with international colleagues and learn from fellow youth workers from a diverse range of backgrounds.
  • Develop tools and approaches on a chosen theme in youth work. E.g. employability, gender, ethnic minorities, inter-faith and entrepreneurship.
  • Gain skills that will be enhance your work with young people.

Networking Events

By taking part your youth organisation can:

  • Offer self-development opportunities to your staff who can promote your organisation to an international audience.
  • Create new links with organisations working in the same field  
  • Participants will also qualify for a Youthpass certificate.

We also run our own events, which we will let you know about as they happen.

Why Participating in a training or networking event allows participants to build partnerships with other youth workers for future projects. Who There are no age limits. Participants must be a legal resident in an eligible country.
