Guidance for beneficiaries on reporting gives you detailed guidance on how to complete a final report for any of the Actions
The “Receipts List Template” will help you organise all receipts, invoices and mileage claims and convert these costs into Euros. It is compulsory to complete and submit this document with your Final Report
‘Youth in Action Template for Individuals’ (such as trainers or facilitators) who are providing services to our beneficiaries to clearly record and invoice for their time and/or service.

*A statement for further pre-financing is required by Youth in Action programme beneficiaries who have submitted a project requesting a grant exceeding 25,000 Euros and are a group of informal young people.
**A statement for further pre-financing is required by Youth in Action programme beneficiaries who have submitted an EVS project lasting 6 to 24 months and have requested a grant exceeding 50,000 Euros, only in cases where the volunteer(s) have not been identified at application level.
