*The speaking component may be held within 7 days before or after the written test.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

Payment:

			on receipt of your application form you will be issued with an invoice which you can pay at any bank;
			you must then return a copy of the payment slip to the British Council either by post, fax or bring it in personally.

Please note that once the test fee has been paid it is no longer possible to postpone or cancel the test and you will lose the full test fee unless you are able to provide appropriate medical evidence to support the cancellation.

To apply for a refund you must:

			complete a Request for Refund Form,
			attach a medical certificate,
			send it to us no later than 5 working days after the test date.

We will reimburse you 75 percent of the fee if your request is approved. Refunds will only be considered in cases of illness, loss or bereavement or death of close family.

TEST RESULTS

You will receive the test results by registered post two weeks after the test. We will send up to 5 additional copies to the institutions of your choice. Please note that we cannot give results over the telephone, by fax or e-mail.

Results are valid for two years.
