INFORMATION FOR LANGUAGE SCHOOLS

If your school would like to register your students for any of the University of Cambridge ESOL exams, you can only do so through our centre in Ljubljana during registration periods.

You should complete and sign an Agreement to Co-operate with us on the administration of the Cambridge ESOL exams. You will need to resign this agreement if any changes occur.

If you want to sign this agreement please contact us and we will send you all the necessary information and forms.

What your students should know

You should make sure your students know:

they will be able to access their preliminary results online on the Cambridge website;
that exam dates are fixed and cannot be changed;
that transfers cannot be made from one exam to another or from one session to another;
The late entries and refunds policy;
that they must arrive on time for each exam component - late-comers may not be admitted;
they should only have with them the required materials:  some form of identification, pen, pencil and eraser and Statement of Entry - no dictionaries are permitted;
that all answers must be transferred to an answer sheet within the time allowed - no extra time is allowed and no exceptions will be made;
they must be aware that some components require pen and others written in pencil;
they must understand and be familiar with the Notice to Candidates which is sent together with the Statement of Entry;
they must listen very carefully and adhere to the instructions given by the Examination Supervisor on the day of the exams;
they should also be familiar with the Cambridge ESOL Malpractice Procedures.

What you should do

You need to:

make sure the students complete the candidate entry form;
collect the fee from your students;
send the entry form to us by the deadline, together with the School Entry statement

Exam dates and entry due dates

You will find all of this information on the current Calendar: dates and prices page.

Payment of Fees

You should charge your students the fees set by us and give them a receipt.
On receipt of your entry forms we will issue you with an invoice for payment of the exam fees for your students.
The fees include DDV at 20 per cent, which you should pay to the local authority.

Our responsibilities

We will:
