In Education and Society we increase the international outlook of young people through links between the UK and Slovakia in the area of schools and global citizenship. We support community cohesion through social leadership training and social action projects.

Connecting classrooms
Connecting Classrooms offers collaborative projects for learners, professional development for teachers, school leaders and local authority co-ordinators. In Europe the project will link schools from 19 countries including the UK and Slovakia around the theme of inclusion.

Active Citizens is a British Council programme in the area of intercultural dialogue and global citizenship.
