WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO IN THE TEST?

There is a written paper that takes 40 minutes.

There are four sections in the written test – gap fills and sentence writing. You need to fill in the missing words in 2 short texts. Then you need to rewrite some sentences and keep the same meaning,

This test is marked for grammatical accuracy.

You will also have a short interview with a teacher. This is to assess the level of your spoken English.

The writing and speaking scores are combined to give an overall level, and the teacher uses this result to advise you on the most appropriate level of study.
