SINGAPORE QUALITY CLASS

Singapore Quality Class (SQC) accreditation guarantees that the British Council is a provider of quality education. Accredited since 2004.

CASETRUST

CaseTrust accreditation guarantees that the British Council is committed to protecting consumer rights. All our students complete a Case Trust contract. Accredited since July 2005.

TRUSTSG

The British Council Singapore is a TrustSg, BusinessTrust and ConsumerTrust accredited organisation. We are compliant with the BusinessTrust code of practice.

ConsumerTrust
We were accredited as a ConsumerTrust business in February 2005. Consumer Trust aims to encourage best business practices by merchants and to assist consumers in identifying merchants they can trust.

BusinessTrust
We have been on the BusinessTrust Global Reliability Programme since February 2005. The programme serves to provide assurance for buyers and sellers engaging in B2B transactions.
