Please have in mind that feedback or complaint regarding Cambridge ESOL or IELTS exams will be treated with respect to complaint procedures for these exams when it comes to enquiry on results or on examination process. Please click here to find more information about Cambridge ESOL and IELTS exams.
Your complaint will be reviewed and you will be notified within 10 working days depending on the nature of your complaint. If we made a mistake we will apologise and take action to stop it happening again.
