Global Changemakers is our project that supports a global network of young activists and social entrepreneurs to develop as leaders through intensive leadership training and mentoring with business and political leaders. It creates opportunities for young people to present a consolidated voice on youth concerns to political leaders, whilst becoming part of an active global network.
A group of 60 outstanding candidates from around the world were selected to attend a high-level leadership and media training to be held in the UK from 21-27 November 2010. During this forum the participants will improve their leadership skills and get an opportunity to become part of a network of like-minded people around the world. After a week long intensive session, participants will prepare a brief that a peer-elected group of six Changemakers will present at the next World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland in 2011.
