Belgrade, Sava Centre, 8-10 October 2008
With Open Space conference we brought together over 100 participants from the government institutions, NGOs, and associations to offer creative solutions for overcoming the current situation in Serbia and contribute to development of inclusive society.
The conference was opened by Nebojsa Bradic, Minister of Culture, Steven Wordsworth, British Ambassador to Serbia and Andrew Glass, British Council Serbia Director.
The Open Space was moderated by Improbable, an internationally recognised and awards winning theatre company from the UK. They moderated the conference using the Open Space technology.
If you want to see how it all happened, check out the photos from the conference.
Open Space technology is a very unusual, non-standard, but very efficient and inclusive way of starting a dialogue and teamwork:

The participants design the programme and set the topics for discussion |

Every participant can choose the topic he/she wants to discuss |
All participants are required to participate during all three days of the conference |
