Ashridge Virtual Learning Resources Centre (VLRC) is an internet based range of Ashridge's learning resources - a valuable tool for personal development, and for keeping up-to-date with the latest materials in management development. The VLRC contains a wealth of information including an extensive collection of nearly 50 Learning Guides on a diverse range of topics, skills, competence's and techniques in management written by Ashridge faculty and presenting an excellent introduction to key subject areas. There are also regular book reviews and summaries, features on the economic trends within particular industries and reviews of training materials aimed at keeping managers at all levels up-to-date with the latest management thinking.

• Access to a full range of learning guides. Each guide contains an overview of the topic area, recommended resources and practical development activities. These are:

• The Resources section includes career material such as job search and selection and interviewing skills with 40 recommended web sites. Also country and industry reports, e-commerce and e-business resources, in-house academic publications and a link to full text article database containing 200 top business and management journals.
• The Reviews section contains new titles in bookshop, bookshop top ten, video reviews, book reviews and summaries and IT reviews and issues.
• The Useful web sites section links to over 500 reputable web sites in business management, country information, general interest topics and industry specific information.
