For Cambridge ESOL exams, 50% of the fee will be refunded, provided that a request for the refund is accompanied by a statement from a medical practitioner. This statement should specify the reasons why the candidate was unable to sit the examination. You have to deliver this statement not later than 5 days after the examination. For IELTS, candidates who request a postponement or cancellation of their test within 5 weeks of the test date will normally be charged the full fee unless they are able to provide evidence that their ability to sit the test has been affected by illness or a serious cause. Evidence must be provided within 5 days following the test date. All cancellations are subject to an administrative charge of Din 2,000.

Candidates taking Cambridge ESOL exams will be able to access their results on the Cambridge ESOL website using an identification number and code issued by the relevant exam centre. Candidates who do not have access to the online results will obtain their results by post. The certificates must be collected in person at the exam centre. Please bring your candidate number and ID. If you cannot collect it yourself, an authorized person can collect it on your behalf. Authorization must be made in writing stipulating name and ID number of the person. The ID will be checked before the Certificate is issued.

No, because all question papers are sent to Cambridge ESOL in the UK. Candidates' answers and other work done by the candidates as part of an examination remain the property of Cambridge ESOL and will not be released to candidates, schools or administering centres.

You can register late for Cambridge ESOL exams and Cambridge International Exams, but apart from the price of the examination you will be obliged to pay a late entry fee. Late entry fees are published on the exams pages of this website in time for late registration, so do come back. There are no late entries for IELTS.
