The Bio-Medical Admissions Test (BMAT) is a subject-specific admissions test taken by applicants to certain medicine, veterinary medicine and related courses at the institutions such as University of Cambridge, Imperial College London, University of Oxford, Royal Veterinary College, UCL.
The ELAT is a pre-interview admissions test for applicants to undergraduate courses in English at the University of Oxford. The purpose of the test is to enable applicants to demonstrate their ability in the key skill of close reading, paying attention to such elements as the language, imagery, allusion, syntax, form and structure of the passages set for comment.
The Thinking Skills Assessment (TSA) will help tutors to assess whether candidates have the skills and aptitudes that are required to study at certain Universities. The test measures an applicant's critical thinking and problem solving skills. There are Cambridge TSA, Oxford TSA and TSA UCL Admissions Test.
