Dear readers, colleagues and friends,
here is the first spring issue of the year. The cultural topic of April 2008 is Canada, as one of the English-speaking countries we present you each month. This country of diversity and multiculturalism lends itself very well to various classroom activities, from fun quizzes to class projects, from colouring activities with young learners to research and presentations with teenagers. The maple leaf in the photo features 11 points - so are our professional skills and possibilities diverse and multiple.
A big Thanks to all who have showen interest in the Newsletter, whether while it was still 'under construction', or by reading it. My special gratitude goes to the ones who helped me prepare this issue. My sincere apologies for unintentional mistakes I might have made presenting Canada.
As always, the Editorial team is looking forward to receiving your contributions.
Happy Easter and have a nice spring holiday!
on behalf of the Editorial team
Maja Hadzic
